ELESSAR are a 3-piece band originating in the South-West of England. Formed in 2016, the band announced themselves as a fresh take on the modern Alternative Rock sound. Combining emotive lyrics, personal to frontman Ricky, along with heavy guitars and drums to match, its a band worth your attention.

With a unique sound featured across two EP’s, Elessar instantly became renowned for energetic and passionate live performances across the country. Growing numbers in major city’s as well as dominating their local music scene in Cheltenham.

Their single ‘Saudade’ from their latest EP 'Is This All We Are' is a fan favourite and shows a softer side to the band, punching in with a killer chorus that also gives away hints to the band moving in a new direction for 2019.


Compared to ‘Saudade’, ‘Half Love’ is a heavier song to show versatility and grab your attention as the first single from ‘Is This All We Are’. To which it certainly did so, gaining 23,000+ views to date.

As well as dedicating their time to touring and playing shows, there is a heartfelt connection with the fans. Reciprocated by continued support and embellishing their own group ‘Sad Eyes Club’.
